"The Eskimo has fifty-two names for snow because it is important to them; there ought to be as many for love." -- Margaret Atwood,

This month, students and staff will sample Creamy Kale Dip. This dip is a great with veggie sticks and crackers. This recipe was developed by Mrs. Rogers FACS class at Ramay Junior High!
Kale is a super food! Did you know one serving of kale has more calcium than a small carton of milk! Not only is it good for your bones, it also has tons of vitamins and minerals that are good for your eyes, your muscles, and fight off harmful bacteria. It even has more vitamin C than an orange!
If students or staff like the recipe it can be found on our Seed to Student Facebook page or our Child Nutrition Department website. It is also sent home to families via PeachJar.
